you know what?!
you should review your focus, find what your feeling and what your mind tell you, it might be 2 different things.
If you are showing what your mind tell you, you will become realistic but could lead you to a negative perspective, and if you are showing your heart, you will become too optimistic or lead you to weakness, so a perfect combination of those is what you need and is very hard to obtain with deluted feelings
